- Provided troubleshooting for network and Tax preparation
software problems during pressure packed tax season when 350 client returns

software from Computax and Pencil pushers with Microsoft Word, Excel to
automate various reporting and form letter functions.

produce store shelf labels.
- Designed custom bar code label printing software in C. Included context sensitive help, menus,
keystroke and mouse control.
- Designed Communications subsystem, User Interface for Physician’s
Office to electronically exchange prescription info with drug stores and for
billing and claims purposes.

- Designed, coded PBX fault monitor application using VB, Access,
AND PDQComm. Application development for Object Oriented Document Workflow
product.
- Designed Financial Mutual Funds Yield Calculator for use in
stock brokerage using Borland C++.
- Enhanced and re-designed Wang LAN Office Electronic Mail system
to provide security while allowing backward compatibility with a large

manufacturer, hardware and software engineer at Brookhaven National
Laboratories, Upton NY, an advanced physics research facility, and speech

MA. I have taught in the Engineering
